Well, it's happened at last. I published the book. I'm glad I published it earlier than expected (and I hope it turned out OK). In my next publishing, I will have to remember to make allowances for the different company listing delays. Amazon lists in 3-5 days from publication. Barnes & Noble (and other independent retailers) does not get the listing for 6-8 weeks from Bowker (the place where ISBNs are purchased). I will keep an updated list here with places you can buy my new book as the listings become available.
